What does a Restart week look like for you?
You’ll get all the course info you need in our weekly 60-minute Zoom classes, plus round-the-clock support from me and your peers. The best part? You decide how much you want to interact.
If you prefer a DIY approach, you can attend the class, apply what you learn, check the chat for ideas or ask a quick question, and then get ready for the next session.
If you love full-on support, you can dive into the class discussions, ask unlimited questions, connect with classmates, explore meal plans and recipes, share your challenges and wins, and keep the momentum going.
You’re in control of how much you participate. You'll get everything you need in our weekly classes, and I’ll be sharing extra tips and insights through the chat to keep you motivated.
