This as a great hybrid option between Restart and 1:1 Coaching - where you go further than Restart, but not as completely in-depth as a 1:1.

1:1 Coaching

This one is all about you. It is the ideal choice if you want a personalized plan that is tailored to your goals and your lifestyle. We start with an in-depth exploration of your current state of health, using clinical tests as needed. With that information, I develop a program that’s tailored to your needs and I work with you step by step to bring you to better health.
